A program I created and lead to guide organizations through a structured AI transformation journey, building the culture, engagement and strategy for ethical, efficient and cross-functional AI adoption.
The story behind the project
Capacita.AI guides organizations through a structured transformation journey with artificial intelligence. More than spreading technical knowledge, the program builds the culture, engagement and strategy for ethical, efficient and cross-functional AI adoption.
The path has three stages. First, a maturity assessment with in-depth listening, including interviews with leaders and a digital readiness analysis. Then, company-wide training for all employees. Finally, team-specific training that connects AI to each area’s processes, workflows and decisions.
As complementary fronts, the program offers AI.Leaders, to develop leaders in AI strategy and governance, prototyping bootcamps with selected teams, and by-products such as maturity reports, dashboards and opportunity maps by sector. Capacita.AI was also my final project in the Conquer graduate certificate.
