With AI built into my writing process, the VI.IA funding proposal, which raised R$ 2 million, was ready in 2 days. The same method took 3 projects to approval in Centelha, with about 1 hour of work on each.

The magic isn’t in the AI. It’s in knowing where it fits in the architecture of the process.

the secret of the method

Before opening any tool, I design the architecture of the process: what the call evaluates, where the evidence is and which decisions need human judgment. AI comes in as one piece of that structure and speeds up what is repeatable, while the method secures strategy, fit with the call and quality.

Studies and modeling of smart energy management systems. The project combines AI, the internet of things and the virtual power plant (VPP) concept to reduce the impact of curtailment, water constraints and grid limits in Brazil.

Myths' Valley

Purpose-driven 3D narrative game · Tripothon S1 game track (Tripo AI)

A life and exploration game set in Bom Jesus dos Pobres, a fishing village in Bahia’s Recôncavo, in 1887. Its purpose is to popularize Brazilian mythology and dive into Brazil’s Northeast, with local speech, cordel poetry and customs, while portraying different faiths and religious syncretism. Two games, one 2D and one 3D, made by three people in 16 days.

My role: systems and rules. I built most of the 2D version and brought saving, inventory, quests, almanac and talents into the 3D valley, and worked on the campaign, stamina, interactions and test gates.

We built the website for the Space Mining Challenge, an online hackathon on space mining, data, artificial intelligence and decision-making under uncertainty, with a national edition in September 2026 and a global edition in April 2027. The challenge itself is created and run by Leka Hattori and Instituto IDESI.

Credit and Innovation Circuit

The “bank ring” · Sebrae/BA and FIEB’s Credit Access Center (NAC)

A circuit through towns in western Bahia, such as Serra Dourada, Santana and Ibotirama, to bring business owners closer to credit. First, a one-hour talk on credit access education. Then every bank in town stepped into the “ring” to present its credit lines to business owners, side by side.

  • Healthy competition between banks on rates and terms
  • Business owners put their questions to bankers live
  • Partnership with FIEB’s Credit Access Center (NAC)

My role: I designed the event format together with Bruno Kieckhofer from FIEB, head of the NAC, who gave the talk, and managed the relationship with partners to deliver the event on the ground.

An RPG adventure game with classic video game graphics in which the player travels back in time to live the landmarks of Bahia’s history.

Bringing innovation to schools, classrooms and businesses

For me, technology transfer starts with education. I host student groups, teach classes, and run webinars and events so that students, teachers and entrepreneurs can discover and use what the innovation ecosystem is creating. Today I study the subject in depth in the PROFNIT master’s program at UFBA, where I was admitted in first place.

Guided tours of the ecosystem

I hosted groups from elementary school to university at Getin Aceleradora and at Parque Tecnológico da Bahia, where I represented ADN.tech: technical students from CETEP in Curaçá, future technologists from Jequié who traveled 12 hours, university students from Colombia and Semester at Sea participants. Besides presenting the company, its projects and impact initiatives, I led tours of the building and explained the projects of other resident companies and startups.

I welcomed an institutional visit from Brazil’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation to the Living Lab at Parque Tecnológico da Bahia, presented the innovation projects, such as VI.IA, and answered questions about the Park’s progress and its role in Brazil.

A biotech and nanotech startup developing bio-extracts and natural preservatives from plants and microorganisms for cosmetics and agribusiness.

Mentoring: during Conecta Startup Brasil, a Softex program, in 2024.

Results: 10th place in Brazil and best-ranked startup from the Northeast in the program; a major funding round through Finep’s Mais Inovação Brasil; and selection for the Brazilian startup mission to Singapore in 2025.
